My good pal, legendary guitarist/composer Lyle Workman recommended the Poppy Jasper Film Festival award me with an “ICON AWARD.” Icon? Me? Well— hardly, but I’m (literally) honored and will be there to accept on April 11 (also this guy’s birthday). Thank you Poppy Jasper Film Festival!

Also please consider going to the wonderful VIBRATO JAZZ GRILL Wednesday, April 16th to see our new all-star band’s FIRST gig, “THE SESSION SYNDICATE,” featuring Steve Ferrone, Ready Freddie Washington, Shane Theriot, Scott Mayo, Mark “Love Man” Pender, Bella Hicks, and Loren Smith! We’ll be playing songs Steve & Freddie and some of the rest of us played on the ORIGINAL RECORDS. Come support this exciting new project!
